Every year, I attend the Tigard Balloon Festival and am amazed by the energy and excitement that is generated by Hot Air Balloons taking off into the atmosphere! I absolutely can not get enough of this type of event. It is a great date or family adventure.The ride in the photo turned folks totally upside down. When they got off the ride, there were unfazed. Make it there! I promise you will have fun.
