Love your Co-Worker Today

You never know what your co-worker is going through, really.

When you sit down to start your work today, ask yourself if you are having a good day so far.....Take a deep breath and ask yourself if your nearest co-worker had a tough night or if things are touch and go at home.  Then take another deep break and a break from your work to ask a co-worker to go for a break and just chat.  Just know that that chat might be more intimate than any communication that person has had beyond staring at the many screens that exist in our homes and offices.

People need to talk to each other.  Is there an APP for that?
Try Google Talk today and catch up with someone you have lost touch with or surprise a loved one with your actual face expressing true compassion or the warmth of a real human smile.
If you can't smile, then fake it!  It will make you feel good anyway.  Have a great day and call me if you hate your job.

Follow me on Twitter @Jodievestone or hit me up on Linked in.
The first 10 people to add my blog to their RSS feed will win a prize.  Send me an e-mail at Jodievestone@gmail.com to collect your prize.  Oh, by the way.....I need an editor to put together the Porltand Naked Bike Ride 2012 interviews.

Still so glad that I helped eject the AP news hound, that could have really caused a lot of people a lot of grief like losing their jobs or being overexposed in their communities of choice.  There was a brief video clip and all you see is me in my bright orange dress, directing hate the opposite way.

Jodieve Goes on Black Out for World Naked Bike Ride in Portland, Oregon

I was free to be me and so was everyone else there!
Personal interviews will be forthcoming at the request of the event organizers or the documentary film crew.  If they want to reach me, they may contact me via text at 503.888.5663.  Any one who signed for consent and has re-thought their decision may also give me their name and contact information to revoke their permission at anytime.  All copyrights will be protected by Jodive.com 2012 (C).

The video clips were shot without an agenda and people were allowed to express themselves freely without inhibition.  Their opinions expressed were as a result of their authentic feelings and are neither guided by me or the event organizers.
They spoke freely and with passion and then rode naked or nearly naked through Portland, Oregon...."just to keep it weird if for no other reason." The mood was uplifted, elevated and seemed to put a little people in a happy mood in place where the sunshine on the inside and we take a lot of vitamin d, for the most part.

I would like to know your opinion about my posting these videos on my blog.  Please post your requests @Jodievestone on Twitter and let me know if you think that my posting  the videos will be helpful or hurtful to those who volunteered and signed waivers to voice their opinions while in a private area is a whirlwind of enthusiasm and adrenaline?   Find out what motivated these folks to go "on the record."  When my Twitter account hits 1000.  I will post the videos by consensus, not for myself or the prying eyes of anyone who just wants to be a peeping Tom.  If you join the RSS Feed to this blog, you will be notified of the posting date.  Check back in few days to see the results.

Thanks,
Jodi
